New Patient Registration
We are aware of the concerns being raised about our phone system.
We have now employed extra staff to help open up more extensions and answer more calls during the working day. It will take time to improve things but all the staff are trying to help.
As practice manager can I please ask if at anytime you are not happy with any part of the service we provide contact us so we can discuss patients concerns. If we get things wrong we apologise and try and sort out.
Please be aware due to significant increases in registration we have limited parking available.
If any patient wishes to contact the practice or myself directly please do:
Ms L Pilcher
DD 03000426223 (If I'm not at my desk please email me)
To register with our surgery you must live within our practice area.
All new patients are required to fill in a health questionnaire giving details of medical history and lifestyle. You will then be offered an appointment for a new patient medical check with a doctor.
Please attend the surgery in person to sign the necessary registration documentation. Please bring 2 forms of identification with you (this should include an item of photographic ID and a document showing your current address).
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
